i talked with a gentleman yesterday about your ranch style homes. Could you send me specifications on what these kits include and do not include? For example, I remember him stating that the lack the floor sheathing, but what about the roof sheathing? i am also interested i the cost of the 1260 sq ft ranch style home with floor joists.
